GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

II. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. State, healthy physical and spiritual.
2. Not being bound to the agreement / contract work with government agencies / private other.
3. Never be dismissed with respect, do not own request or not with respect, as CPNS / civil servants / members of TNI / Police, or be dismissed with respect, not as private employees.

III. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR GENERAL APPLICANTS

1. Licensed Postgraduate (S2) and the Bachelor (S1) of the Higher State / Private Universities that have received accreditation (minimum B) or from the Universities of Foreign Affairs, which has received validation from the Ministry of National Education, with the requirements GPA : S1 for at least 2.75 (two comma five seven), and S2 at least 3.25 (two three-comma five). S2-educated applicants for compulsory attach a certificate and transcript levels of the value of S1.

4. Terms of age is as follows:

• Born on 1 December 1980 or there after for S1 (maximum age 1 Desembar 2008). 28 years on
  

• Born on 1 December 1978 or there after for S2 (a maximum of 30 years of age on 1 December 2008).

IV.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICER NOT FIXED (PTT) IN ENVIRONMENTAL DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS:

1. Officer is recorded in the database Officers Not Fixed (PTT) in the Environment Department of Public Works. For employees who are not registered, then automatically calculated as general applicants.

2. Licensed Postgraduate (S2) and the Bachelor (S1) of the Higher State / Private accredited or from the Universities of Foreign Affairs, which has received validation from the Ministry of National Education.    • Born on 1 December 1973 or there after (a maximum of 35 years of age on 1 December 2008) for both S1 and S2.

6. Have work experience / internship at the Environmental Department of Public Works since 2000 or before 1 April 2007 with the opening statement from the Head of Unit of Work / UPT concerned and known by the Office Echelon II.a (Satminkal Secretary / Director / Head of Bureau / Head Center ).

V. REGISTRATION:

6. Completed applications for General Applicants:

5. Graduation Certificate / diploma while acceptable, with the trail conditions can include a Statement signed by the Chairperson of the University stating that the University may have issued the original certificate when the participants take the Tax Test. Applicants for a degree can not show the original, then that can not take the number Participants Exam.

6. Applicants for overseas graduates who have no value scale transcript 4.0 please attach a transcript conversion value with the scale of 4.0 passed by the DG of Higher Education Ministry of National Education.

III. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS BAGI PELAMAR UMUM

1. Berijazah Pasca Sarjana (S2) dan atau Sarjana (S1) dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri / Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang telah mendapat akreditasi (minimal B) atau dari Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang telah mendapat pengesahan dari Departemen Pendidikan Nasional, dengan persyaratan Indeks Prestasi Komulatif (IPK): untuk S1 minimal 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima), dan S2 minimal 3,25 (tiga koma dua lima). Bagi pelamar berpendidikan S2 wajib melampirkan ijazah dan transkrip nilai jenjang S1.

2. Kualifikasi pendidikan sesuai dengan formasi yang tersedia yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara.

3. Menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan) yang dibuktikan dengan hasil test kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang masih berlaku. Hasil Tes yang diperbolehkan adalah sebagai berikut:

1. Merupakan Pegawai yang tercatat dalam Database Pegawai Tidak Tetap (PTT) di Lingkungan Departemen Pekerjaan Umum. Bagi pegawai yang tidak tercatat, maka secara otomatis diperhitungkan sebagai pelamar umum.

2. Berijazah Pasca Sarjana (S2) dan atau Sarjana (S1) dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri/Swasta terakreditasi atau dari Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang telah mendapat pengesahan dari Departemen Pendidikan Nasional. Bagi pelamar berpendidikan S2 wajib melampirkan ijazah dan transkrip nilai jenjang S1.

PENDAFTARAN, SELEKSI DAN LAIN-LAIN

V. PENDAFTARAN :

1. Pendaftaran Pelamar dilakukan hanya melalui website Departemen Pekerjaan Umum di http://www.pu.go.id.

2. Bagi Pelamar yang telah melakukan pendaftaran, melengkapi data, dan secara sistem dinyatakan memenuhi syarat maka akan diberikan nomor berkas yang harus dicetak. Berkas tersebut untuk selanjutnya dikirimkan bersama persyaratan lain yang ditentukan.

3. Periode pendaftaran secara online dibuka mulai tanggal 17 September s.d. 17 Oktober 2008.

4. Kelengkapan Berkas dapat dikirimkan mulai tanggal 22 September 2008 dan paling lambat sudah diterima panitia tanggal 17 Oktober 2008 pukul 15.00 WIB.

5. Kelengkapan Berkas disampaikan melalui Pos Tercatat atau jasa pengiriman yang ditujukan ke salah satu alamat di bawah ini:

6. Kelengkapan lamaran bagi Pelamar Umum :

   1. Hasil cetak Nomor Berkas sesuai yang diperoleh pada saat pendaftaran secara online, dibubuhi materai dan ditandatangani.

   2. Dilengkapi dengan dokumen pendukung berupa:

      1. 1 (satu) lembar fotokopi ijazah S2 (berikut ijazah S1) atau S1 berikut transkrip dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri / Swasta yang sudah dilegalisir sesuai persyaratan:

         • Universitas / Institut, oleh Rektor / Dekan / Pembantu Dekan Bidang Akademik.

         • Sekolah Tinggi, oleh Ketua / Pembantu / Ketua Bidang Akademik.

         • Ijazah yang diterbitkan oleh Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri oleh Pejabat yang berwenang di Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi Departemen Pendidikan Nasional.

      2. 1 (satu) lembar fotokopi yang sudah dilegalisir atau Duplikat Sertifikat Tes Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris sesuai persyaratan.

      3. 3 (tiga) lembar pas foto ukuran 3 x 4 cm (berwarna) dan nama pelamar dituliskan di bagian belakang;

      4. Fotokopi KTP yang masih berlaku.

      5. Fotokopi Akte Kelahiran.

      6. Surat Pernyataan bahwa yang bersangkutan bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh daerah di Indonesia.

      7. Surat Pernyataan bersedia membayar ganti rugi pengunduran diri (bagi yang diterima dan mengundurkan diri) sebesar Rp. 10.000.000,- (sepuluh juta rupiah) bermaterai Rp. 6.000,- sesuai dengan contoh dalam website.

      8. Khusus PTT menyertakan Surat Pernyataan dari Pimpinan Unit Kerja/UPT yang bersangkutan dan diketahui oleh Pejabat Eselon II.a (Sekretaris Satminkal/Direktur/Kepala Biro/Kepala Pusat) dan Surat Pernyataan Melaksanakan Tugas (sesuai format terlampir).

   3. Berkas lamaran disusun rapi dalam map snelhecter dan dimasukkan dalam amplop berwarna coklat. Warna Map untuk pelamar umum: S1 (kuning), S2 (biru). Untuk Pegawai Tidak Tetap : S1 (merah), S2 (coklat).

   4. Tempelkan informasi pelamar pada amplop yang telah disediakan oleh sistem pada saat selesai pendaftaran online.

   5. Berkas lamaran yang tidak lengkap atau terdapat perbedaan data antara database pelamar dengan berkas yang disampaikan akan dinyatakan tidak memenuhi syarat.

VI. TAHAPAN DAN JADWAL SELEKSI

Seleksi dilakukan dengan sistem gugur sebagai berikut:

1. Seleksi Administratif dengan melihat pemenuhan persyaratan di atas, dan yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan akan gugur.

2. Bagi pelamar yang lulus Seleksi Administrasi diharuskan untuk mengambil Tanda Peserta Tes pada waktu dan lokasi yang akan ditentukan.

3. Tanda Peserta Seleksi Ujian Tertulis diambil sendiri oleh calon peserta (tidak dapat diwakilkan) dengan membawa dokumen asli berupa: ijazah, TOEFL, transkrip nilai, dan akte kelahiran untuk diperlihatkan kepada panitia.

4. Ujian tertulis meliputi Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU) yang terdiri dari: Pengetahuan Ke-PU-an, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris (Khusus bagi PTT), Pancasila, Tata Negara, Sejarah dan Kebijakan Pemerintah. Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS), Tes Skala Kematangan (TSK), dan Pengetahuan Khusus/Substansi pada tanggal 1 November 2008.

VII. TEMPAT DAN PENGUMUMAN HASIL SELEKSI

1. Hanya mereka yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administratif yang akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti ujian tulis.

2. Pemanggilan peserta yang dinyatakan lulus administratif akan diumumkan melalui website Departemen Pekerjaan Umum dan papan pengumuman Departemen Pekerjaan Umum.

3. Penyelenggaraan tes akan dilaksanakan secara terpusat di Jakarta dan akan ditentukan kemudian.

4. Hasil Ujian tulis akan diumumkan melalui website Departemen Pekerjaan Umum dan papan pengumuman Departemen Pekerjaan Umum.

VIII. LAIN–LAIN

1. Seleksi masuk Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Departemen Pekerjaan Umum tidak dipungut biaya.

2. Departemen PU tidak bertanggungjawab atas pungutan atau tawaran berupa apapun oleh oknum–oknum yang mengatasnamakan Departemen Pekerjaan Umum atau Panitia sehingga peserta diharapkan tidak melayani tawaran–tawaran untuk mempermudah penerimaan sebagai Calon PNS.

3. Panitia membuka jalur pelayanan telephone (hotline) bagi para pelamar pada hari dan jam kerja (17 September s.d. 17 Oktober 2008, Senin – Jumat, 09:00 – 15:00 WIB):

4. Lamaran tanpa nomor berkas lamaran dianggap tidak berlaku dan tidak akan diperiksa oleh panitia. Panitia hanya memeriksa 1 (satu) berkas lamaran untuk 1 (satu) Nomor Berkas.

5. Surat Keterangan Kelulusan / Ijazah sementara dapat diterima, dengan syarat Pelamar dapat menyertakan Surat Pernyataan yang ditandatangani oleh Pimpinan Universitas yang menyatakan bahwa pihak Universitas sudah dapat mengeluarkan ijazah asli yang bersangkutan pada saat yang bersangkutan mengambil Nomor Peserta Ujian. Bagi Pelamar yang tidak dapat menunjukkan Ijazah asli, maka yang bersangkutan tidak dapat mengambil Nomor Peserta Ujian.

6. Bagi Pelamar lulusan luar negeri yang memiliki transkrip nilai tidak berskala 4,0 harap melampirkan konversi transkrip nilai dengan skala 4,0 yang disahkan oleh Ditjen Dikti Depdiknas.

7. Berkas lamaran yang diterima panitia menjadi milik panitia dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh pelamar.

8. Hal–hal lain yang berkaitan dengan pengadaan dan seleksi PNS Departemen Pekerjaan Umum Tahun 2008 dapat dilihat pada website Departemen PU (http://www.pu.go.id) dan para pelamar disarankan untuk terus memonitor perkembangannya.
