GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

II. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. State, healthy physical and spiritual.
2. Not being bound to the agreement / contract work with government agencies / private other.
3. Never be dismissed with respect, do not own request or not with respect, as CPNS / civil servants / members of TNI / Police, or be dismissed with respect, not as private employees.
4. Though as CPNS / civil servants / Candidate Member of TNI / Police and members of TNI / Police.
5. Willing to be placed in all areas of the Republic of Indonesia.
6. Minimal Understand / know the basic use of computers (Microsoft Office) and Internet (browsing and e-mail)

III. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR GENERAL APPLICANTS

1. Licensed Postgraduate (S2) and the Bachelor (S1) of the Higher State / Private Universities that have received accreditation (minimum B) or from the Universities of Foreign Affairs, which has received validation from the Ministry of National Education, with the requirements GPA : S1 for at least 2.75 (two comma five seven), and S2 at least 3.25 (two three-comma five). S2-educated applicants for compulsory attach a certificate and transcript levels of the value of S1.

2. Educational qualifications in accordance with the formation of the available set by the State Minister of State Utilizing apparatuses.

3. English well (oral and written), which is proven by the results of English language ability test, which is still valid. The test results allowed is as follows:

   • EPT published by the Language Institute and Professional Education (LBPP) LIA with a minimum value: 450 to 475 for S1 and S2;

   • International TOEFL IBT (Internet Based TOEFL) with a value of at least 53 for S1 and S2 to 64;

   • IELTS is published by the Foundation for Education Australia (IDP) or by the British Council with a value of at least 4.5 to 5.5 for S1 and S2.

4. Terms of age is as follows:

• Born on 1 December 1980 or there after for S1 (maximum age 1 Desembar 2008). 28 years on
  

• Born on 1 December 1978 or there after for S2 (a maximum of 30 years of age on 1 December 2008).

IV.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICER NOT FIXED (PTT) IN ENVIRONMENTAL DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS:

1. Officer is recorded in the database Officers Not Fixed (PTT) in the Environment Department of Public Works. For employees who are not registered, then automatically calculated as general applicants.

2. Licensed Postgraduate (S2) and the Bachelor (S1) of the Higher State / Private accredited or from the Universities of Foreign Affairs, which has received validation from the Ministry of National Education. S2-educated applicants for compulsory attach a certificate and transcript levels of the value of S1.

3. Educational qualifications in accordance with the formation of the available set by the State Minister of State Utilizing apparatuses.

4. English well (oral and written), which is proven by the results of the English language ability test, which is still valid. Test results are allowed to be as follows:

   • EPT published by the Language Institute and Professional Education (LBPP) LIA with a minimum value: 450 to 475 for S1 and S2;

   • International TOEFL IBT (Internet Based TOEFL) with a value of at least 53 for S1 and S2 to 64;

   • IELTS is published by the Foundation for Education Australia (IDP) or by the British Council with a value of at least 4.5 to 5.5 for S1 and S2;

   • TOEFL Prediction of State Universities with the value: 450 475 for Q2. S1 and

5. Terms of age is as follows:

   • Born on 1 December 1973 or there after (a maximum of 35 years of age on 1 December 2008) for both S1 and S2.

6. Have work experience / internship at the Environmental Department of Public Works since 2000 or before 1 April 2007 with the opening statement from the Head of Unit of Work / UPT concerned and known by the Office Echelon II.a (Satminkal Secretary / Director / Head of Bureau / Head Center ).
