Completed applications for General Applicants:

VI. STAGES AND SCHEDULE SELECTIONS

Graduation Certificate / diploma while acceptable, with the trail conditions can include a Statement signed by the Chairperson of the University stating that the University may have issued the original certificate when the participants take the Tax Test. Applicants for a degree can not show the original, then that can not take the number Participants Exam.
Applicants for overseas graduates who have no value scale transcript 4.0 please attach a transcript conversion value with the scale of 4.0 passed by the DG of Higher Education Ministry of National Education.
File applications received by the committee as the property committee and can not be asked back by the applicants.
